• Board content — group names, album titles, comeback times, events, links, and notes you create.
• Collaborator information — email addresses you invite as collaborators on your boards.
• Reminder settings — Discord webhook URLs and reminder preferences.

• To provide and operate the service, including public countdown boards and reminders.
• To process subscriptions and payments through Creem.
• To send deadline reminder emails and Discord messages you configure.
• To respond to support requests and improve the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information as described in this policy to provide and operate the service.

We rely on third parties to run the service. They process data only as needed:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Creem — subscription payments and billing.
• Resend — transactional reminder emails.
• Vercel — application hosting.

The service is operated with the help of third-party providers such as Supabase, Resend, Creem, and Vercel, which may process your information on servers located in the United States, Hong Kong, and other countries. By using the service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

We use cookies and session tokens required for authentication (through Supabase). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

We keep your data for as long as your account or boards exist. You can delete boards, remove collaborators, or delete your account at any time from the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, boards, and collaborator memberships. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

ComebackOps is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
