By creating an account or using ComebackOps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ComebackOps provides a shareable board for comeback countdowns, event timelines, reminders, and team collaboration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

• Paid features require a Pro subscription purchased through Creem.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription"; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use the service to post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

The service integrates with third parties such as Supabase, Creem, Resend, and Vercel. We are not responsible for their services or content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComebackOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComebackOps from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ComebackOps regarding the service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
